Moroccan fans are facing a crisis hours before the Arab national team's World Cup semi-final match against France.

The Moroccan national airline canceled several flights that were supposed to transport fans to the Qatari capital, Doha, to encourage their country's national team.

At the same time, fans complain about the disappearance of thousands of tickets that the Moroccan Federation pledged to provide them free of charge to attend the match in the stadium.

For its part, the Moroccan airline said that it had no fault in canceling the flights, blaming the decisions taken by the Qatari authorities, which forced it to cancel 7 flights that were scheduled to depart on Wednesday morning to Doha.

In the French capital, Paris, the police sent reinforcements from their soldiers and set up security barriers in the main streets, ahead of the match.
